Services
I offer individual and couples therapy virtually to clients in California and Massachusetts. Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes in length, and couples sessions are 80 minutes in length. I am happy to schedule longer sessions if needed.
I offer in-person office sessions in Ventura, California in addition to beach walking sessions. Nature and movement can be therapeutic and healing, and I have found that for many, meeting in this alternative way can be immensely impactful. For people interested in beach walking sessions, please feel free to reach out to explore this treatment option further.
Fees
Please reach out to inquire about my current fee. I accept most payment methods including cash, check, credit card, FSA (flexible spending account), HSA (health savings account), and Venmo.
I have a limited number of sliding-scale slots, in which I am able to offer a reduced fee depending on your income, circumstances, and ability to pay. If these spots are filled at the time of your inquiry I will be happy to help you find a referral.
Insurance
As a licensed clinical social worker, I am considered an out-of-network provider on most PPO insurance plans. Many individuals I work with receive full or partial reimbursement from their insurance company. I recommend that you contact your insurance company directly to inquire about their out-of-network policy.
