Hi, I'm Gina Gregory...
I am a therapist (LCSW license #73689) who specializes in serving adults seeking to improve their overall mental well-being. I incorporate creativity, humor and compassion alongside evidenced based therapeutic modalities which include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness, to support individuals in creating meaningful life changes. I received my B.A. in Psychology and MSW from the University of California, Berkeley.
I provide individual psychotherapy services and specialize in working with adults coping with anxiety, burnout, stress, loss and large life changes.
