Hi, I'm Gina Gregory...

I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW #73689) in California, providing therapy for adults.

Many of the people I work with are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out—often feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain. Others come to therapy while navigating grief and loss, large life changes or struggling with relationship patterns that feel difficult to change.

 

At the core of my work is thoughtful, nonjudgmental listening and a genuine interest in understanding your unique experiences. Therapy is a collaborative process, shaped by your goals and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate creativity and humor with approaches such as Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to support meaningful, sustainable change.

 

This same collaborative approach extends to my work with couples. Using the Gottman Method, I help partners improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate conflict more effectively. Whether you’re seeking individual or couples therapy, my goal is to offer a supportive space where growth feels possible and change feels attainable
